Lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition AND fat transfer as well as a lower eyelid skin pinch and CO2. This is a very complex case since the patient had migrated filler done previously by an outside injector but wanted a permanent solution to her lower lids since under eye filler was no longer an option.

1 month out from a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition and skin pinch as well as a TCA chemical peel to the lower lid skin. An incredible patient to work with and so very deserving of the results.

The CO2 laser remains the gold standard for under eye wrinkling in my practice. The Lumenis CO2 is probably my favorite laser that I currently offer at The Naz Experience. There is no comparison in results.

In Asian upper eyelids, there is either no eyelid crease, one eyelid crease, or multiple eyelid creases - in this case there were multiple. That means that all other lid creases needed to be removed and the lid crease of choice was secured giving the patient a rejuvenated, youthful, and more symmetric appearance.
