Endoscopic Brow Lift and Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty

This patient underwent an endoscopic brow lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty to address brow descent and excess upper eyelid skin contributing to a fatigued, heavy upper face.

Her brows now have a natural and beautiful arch, but prior to surgery, she exhibited significant forehead overactivation and brow recruitment to compensate for brow descent and upper eyelid hooding. Postoperatively, brow position is restored to its anatomic resting state, and the forehead is visibly relaxed, no longer recruited for compensatory elevation.

The result: improved visual field, restored brow-eyelid balance, and a more awake and natural appearance.
