Fall Oculofacial Society (aka ASOPRS) Scientific Symposium

As I always remind you all, there are only 750 formally trained Oculofacial plastic surgeons in the world so this is a conference I proudly attend every year. With each conference attendance, I come back a better surgeon and a better person. I am so grateful to have such incredible colleagues to constantly inspire me.

This year’s conference highlights were too numerous to count (as always), but some of my favorite moments were speaking to the younger generation of Oculofacial plastic surgeons about my experience with marketing. Teaching my Argentinian 🇦🇷colleagues skills in surgery (flaps and grafts). Catching up with my Brazilian Oculofacial plastic surgeon colleagues (and the current and previous President of the Brazilian Oculofacial Society @dra_tammyosaki @midori.osaki 👸🏻👸🏻) Hearing @docglauc speak about his journey into the world of social media as an ophthalmologist. We were proud to welcome him as this year’s keynote speaker. He IS worth the hype!
