To be voted as one of the top plastic surgeons in the DMV by my peers aka fellow physicians/surgeons…this may just be my new top career highlight.
I have devoted the better part of my life to medicine and Oculofacial plastic surgery. Before Talia, it was the only thing that mattered to me outside of family. As my mother always says, you have 2 children, Talia & your career. I give my 2 “children” my all every single minute of every single day.
When I got the news that I received one of the coveted Washingtonian top plastic surgeons spots, I’m pretty sure my soul left my body. It’s one of those moments that you dream of and when it finally happens, it forces you to stop and think back to all the moments that got you there. You realize how tough and how high the climb was and is…and that it’s the climbing that builds you. 🏔️😵💫🙏🏽❤️🔥
