This beautiful young woman had an orbital implant placed for volume in the past (done by another surgeon and something I don’t recommend). Because of the scarring and the creation of a “shelf-life” deformity caused by the implant, traditional filler (hyaluronic acid) wasn’t a safe choice.
Instead, we chose to use EZ Gel (injectable PRF) – made from her own blood – to naturally:
